Applicants must be from a non-European Union state and their household must not file taxes within the EU; dual nationals with an EU citizenship, Swiss and Norwegian applicants are excluded. Tunisia is not named, but Tunisian nationals meet the non-EU rule.

Funding and what it does not cover

Master's: a €18,500 exemption from tuition fees for each of the two years. Bachelor's: a full exemption or a €9,500 exemption. The amount may be recalculated yearly in line with fee increases.
