Tunisia is number 129 on the official list of 144 MTCP recipient countries linked from the MTCP FAQ. Some courses are aimed at one region (for example African countries).

The MTCP FAQ says the courses are for government officials from recipient countries; the nominating government must explain why the applicant was chosen and how the course relates to their job.

The completed form must be endorsed by the applicant's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or national focal point for technical cooperation) and sent through diplomatic channels to the nearest Malaysian Embassy or High Commission.
