About 37 full four-year undergraduate scholarships a year at the University of Toronto for international students: tuition, books, incidental fees and full residence support. Your secondary school must nominate you by 9 October 2026; then apply to U of T by 16 October and finish the scholarship application by 6 November 2026.

Criteria stated by the funder on the official source.

Nationality

You must be 'an international student (i.e. a non-Canadian requiring a study permit)'. No country is excluded; U of T says scholars come from 188 countries. Tunisia is not named, but Tunisian citizens meet this rule.

Final year of senior secondary school in 2026/2027, or graduated no earlier than June 2026, and starting at U of T in September 2027. Students already in post-secondary studies are not eligible.
